A few kilometres from the village, a road leads to a beautiful beach of black sand at the foot of an immense cliff. You can walk on foot, from a small parking lot, along the cliffs for about ten minutes. You can eat at the Milford La Molina Vieja, before the descent to Playa de los Nogales. The restaurant overlooks the sea.

Valverde, located on the Canary island of El Hierro, has its own tourist office, the Patronato de Turismo. This office is the point of reference for practical information on the town and its surroundings. The tourist office is a good starting point for discovering the activities and attractions of Valverde and the island of El Hierro.

Near Agüimes you will find the Lomo de los Letreros, the hill of inscriptions, located between the barrancos of Temisas and Balos. It is probably the most important set of rock inscriptions in Gran Canaria. The natural support of these Petroglyphs is a basalt massif that rises in the middle of the Barranco de Balos. It is thought that it may have been a sacred place for the Aborigines, with geometric shapes and human representations schematized as lines that may suggest the fingers of a hand.

Nearby, the hamlet of La Atalaya is renowned for its pottery made according to the guanches techniques. Old village of dwellings, it still has some houses in the rock.

La Fuente Agria, or the sour source, is one of the most emblematic places of Teror to be one of the main income more. The source is composed of three wells: the main well, el Agua Agria and the mill in the middle.

La Caleta has, on the seafront, a natural swimming pool, ideal for small and big! A engraved basalt rock of signs bimbaches has been deteriorated by the development of a path along the sea and by tourists who snip their name on the stone.

Lined with jagged cliffs, these natural pools offer a heavenly setting for a swim in clear turquoise waters, and some huts serving summer house for locals.

The cigar of Garachico, serving factory, can introduce you to the flavours of the Canarian cigars, fruit of the know-how of emigrants of the Americas. It sells Canarian cigars there especially cheap step.

See dolphins, a dream? A reality with this cruise to observe them! Excursions take place from 11 am to 15 pm and from 16 am to 20 pm (bus included). The Sagitarius Cat leaves Puerto Rico harbour around 2 to 3 miles from the coast and leaves for dolphins living in their natural fields, but also turtles, flying fish, and can even be whales… On board, sandwiches, music, sun (don't forget your cream and hats!), while watching caves, beaches, beautiful beaches and hidden mountains. This Caleta is a charming little port, located a few kilometres from Playa de las Américas, in the direction of Adeje. For bathing, there is a superb place with white rocks and translucent water. To get to this beautiful cove dotted with caves inhabited by international hippies, you have to pass through the small village, leave the car and take a small coastal path that goes up. This place, known by nudists, is ideal to escape the tourists who invade the beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Américas.

This hermitage was built in 1506 by order of Governor Alonso Fernández de Lugo and placed under the invocation of Archangel San Miguel. The statue of the saint is kept in the church of Santo Domingo and is venerated every year on its patron saint's day, September 29th. After extensive restoration work, it was transformed into an exhibition hall. You can also visit the seventeenth-century church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, which has beautiful Mudejar coffered ceilings and some paintings by Cristóbal Hernández de la Quintana, a Canary painter.
