Passionate about cooking, Maeva created this concept of caterer and chef at home. She concocts boxes (lunch boxes, burger boxes…) from marinated or grilled vegetables and fish, perfectly spiced up with local spices and bought at local fisheries: caramelized shrimps with soy, fresh marlin, shrimp steak, cod confit tacos, grilled conch… Everything is homemade and everything is local. Tasty and appealing! Maeva delivers in the south and the center of the island. Services for particular events on estimate.

On the beautiful seafront of Schoelcher, Boule de Neige is a perfect address to take a break between two swims or two visits. This snack bar is especially known for its ice cream plates (waffles and ice cream or sorbet and whipped cream), its sweet crêpes (our favorite, the Bokaï crêpe, with 3 scoops of ice cream, topping and coulis of your choice, whipped cream). Wide choice of ice creams with local flavors (cherry peyi, maracudja, guava) and more traditional (cotton candy, gingerbread). Fast food also available: club sandwiches, savory crêpes...

Located in the village,facing the pier, the snack Gwozilé offers, in a friendly atmosphere, paninis, croque-monsieur, french fries… But the specialty of the place is undoubtedly the bokit. This ball of fried dough, found in many Caribbean islands, is filled with meat and cheese. The snack bar offers bokits with ham, chicken, cod… In short, there is something for everyone! Every last Friday of the month, there is an open-air movie session. A nice unpretentious place.

200% fresh, 100% local: that's the motto of this brand-new sandwich shop that highlights the flavors of yesteryear. Kay Sandwich treats you from breakfast to lunch, including the 10 a.m. snack. Every Monday, we impatiently wait for the sandwich of the week which honors local products: the conch fricassee sandwich, the titiris accras sandwich (small river fish), but also the omelets revisited locally (cod chiquetaille). Most of the products come directly from the family garden.
