On the beautiful seafront of Schoelcher, Boule de Neige is a perfect address to take a break between two swims or two visits. This snack bar is especially known for its ice cream plates (waffles and ice cream or sorbet and whipped cream), its sweet crêpes (our favorite, the Bokaï crêpe, with 3 scoops of ice cream, topping and coulis of your choice, whipped cream).
