The dishes are delicately presented and the different flavours are balanced. It's probably the best Thai table on the island. Everything is worked out minute by minute so the wait may be a little longer than elsewhere, but your patience will be rewarded. For dessert, try homemade coconut or passion fruit ice cream. Cooking classes are also given.

Half-cooked tuna with exotic sauces, fish of the day, porcini ravioli, 7-hour-cooked lamb mice, also very good meat from Australia. Dessert was also top-notch, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream surrounded by a warm doughnut covered in strawberry coulis. A real treat!
