You will also find a land and sea menu on which you can select fresh fish as well as one of their specialities based on lamb or wild boar. This charming and greedy trattoria, for once, has no terrace.

A very good address in the city created by two crazy people (pazzi), two inseparable friends (one from Perugia, the other from Venice). Here you can enjoy traditional Umbrian and Venetian cuisine, accompanied by excellent wines and stunning desserts. The house recommends for example shrimps sautéed with rosemary and chickpea cream, ravioloni stuffed with burrata, parmesan, thyme, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta, pork stuffed with sausage cream and flavoured with wine and truffle. An almost secret address since the restaurant hides in an anonymous street and only the connoisseurs find it. Its Mandra is no exception to the rule and offers a rich local cuisine: home-made hams, ravioli with ricotta cheese and herbs, roast suckling pig. They also offer a vegetarian menu and another for celiacs. The farm offers 5 charming rooms for those who would like to spend the night, but they are at the end of the runway of Fertilia airport.
