IF you spend your holidays in Alghero, do not hesitate to visit at least one agriturismo. There you will taste the authentic Sardinian cuisine, tasty and generous. Its Mandra is no exception to the rule and offers a rich local cuisine: home-made hams, ravioli with ricotta cheese and herbs, roast suckling pig . They also offer a vegetarian menu and another for celiacs. The farm offers 5 charming rooms for those who would like to spend the night, but they are at the end of the runway of Fertilia airport.
