A small, unpretentious trattoria, with an old-fashioned decor, but one of the few in the heart of the village. It serves authentic family cuisine, with a menu that changes daily. There's not much choice, but everything is home-cooked, and the portions are hearty and tasty. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very informal. A must-try if you want to rediscover the sensations and flavors of yesteryear and the generosity of transalpine dining. If you want to dine there, you'll need to make a reservation.

Trattoria della posta è stata davvero una piacevole scoperta. Qui tradizione piemontese e francese si incontrano fondendosi in un un’unica entità e dando vita a piatti davvero interessanti. Grande cura e ricerca del prodotto. Tutto a km0 ma sopratutto tutto fatto dallo chef. Voglio spendere due parole anche per la stupenda Isabelle :) La sua gentilezza va oltre ogni limite. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio ed è stata super attenta a spiegarci la loro offerta. Si sentiva grande passione nelle sue parole. Sicuramente ritorneremo :)

Excelente opción para una gastronomía diferente y única. Productos artesanales y de fabricación propia. Platos con y sin carne. Sabores frescos ! Atendido por sus propios dueños, una familia sumamente cordial y servicial, nos sentimos muy bienvenidos ! Volveremos

Situato nel centro storico di Chiomonte, l'ho scoperto grazie alle recensioni pubblicate. Propone una cucina che attinge alla tradizione piemontese e francese proposta in locale completamente rinnovato, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. Ottimi piatti a prezzi economici serviti con garbo e simpatia dalla proprietaria. Per me, uno dei migliori locali della val di Susa. Consigliato
