The circuit is correctly marked out and each point of interest is commented on.

You will also find many remains of St Willibrord. In the corridor there is also a lapidary museum exhibiting the remains of the burial chambers of the former abbey. A most interesting visit.

Read moreThis walk takes you to 9 themed stations in the Schnellert forest. This protected area offers numerous viewpoints and the entire route is part of an explanatory approach to the formation of the landscape (boulders, ridges and cliffs). Fauna and flora are of a rare density. The route ends with a passage through the cauldron-shaped Wanterbaach gorge and its waterfall, which is difficult to cross in bad weather (beware, it's slippery!).

Read moreThe Le'h Adventures park is different from the municipal Le'h park where you will find nets, monkey bridges, zip lines, monkeytrees... This is a real adventure park for tightrope walkers of all ages: children are welcome from 18 months old. The Bambini course is in fact one metre above the ground so that parents can help their little ones. The park also offers around sixty workshops. There is also a restaurant on the square and a pavilion for open-air shows.
SAN MARTIN CHURCH
Read moreThe parish church of Saint-Martin, built between 1894 and 1897 by the architect Henri-Alphonse Kemp, is one of the most imposing and majestic in the Grand Duchy. It was Dominique Lang, a famous painter from Dudelange, who carried out his Stations of the Cross in 1900. It is also distinguished by its magnificent polychrome murals of Paleochristian and Byzantine inspiration and its neo-Gothic furniture. The organ, the work of Georg Stahlhuth, dates from 1912 and was renovated in 2002. The church regularly hosts concert organists in spring and autumn.

Read moreThe Schifflange Astronomy Trail starts at the Jean Jacoby Stadium, behind the cemetery, and offers walkers a beautiful 3.9 km walk in the middle of nature, to meet our solar system. Situated on the site of the former open-cast mine, the path is perfectly marked and laid out. The 13 panels along the route, also written in Braille, provide information about the celestial bodies and the mythology behind their names.
AM BRILL" EDUCATIONAL TRAIL
Read moreThis is a very short trail on stilts with observation hut, platforms and explanatory panels to discover the fauna and flora of the marshy areas of the former industrial town of Schifflange. The trail has been designed in the nature reserve Am Brill and reveals a very dense vegetation as well as numerous species of birds. It's hard to imagine such an ecosystem on the edge of the town... The trail starts and ends at the Bestgen mill.
NATURE RESERVE GIELE BOTTER
Read moreSite of 255 ha protected since 1991, the Giele Botter nature reserve is home to many animal and plant species. It is part of the European Natura 2000 network, which aims to protect the fauna and flora. Two main trails run through it: the Prënzebierg Giele Botter discovery trail (7 km), between Pétange and Fond-de-Gras and the Giele Botter geological trail (4 km), a closed circuit with nine different stations, starting from Niederkorn.

Read moreOpen since 2017, the Luxembourg Science Center is a fascinating place that encourages the discovery of science and technology in a fun and entertaining way. Nestled in Differdange, it offers an exceptional interactive experience for visitors of all ages. From the outside, the building may not look like much, but inside, there's a whole world of fun scientific experiments to try out and immerse yourself in the wonderful world of science (physics, electricity, magnetism, mathematics...). Nearly 100 interactive stations await the curious, enabling them to lift a car with just one hand, play table soccer with robots, watch astonishing demonstrations or even take part in scientific cooking workshops (access to workshops is only for 6 year olds and 8 year olds for the Show Cuisine).
Another of its projects is "Découverte des métiers", launched in 2019, which enables young people to discover, through hands-on experience, professions and skills linked to science, technology and the industry of the future. The aim is to bridge the gap between education and the professional world, preparing young people for careers in technology. In the same spirit, the Luxembourg Science Center makes resources available to teachers and educators via the ESERO project, co-developed with the European Space Agency (ESA). A family outing as fun as it is interesting, not to be missed.

Original objects are on display, as well as a miniature working blast furnace, and various documents on, among other things, the discovery of a mineral water spring in 1885.
