Departing from the extreme south-east of the country, in Schengen, this walk takes you from the Luxembourg Moselle to the Terres Rouges region, through the whole south of the country. The trail has a steep setting at first, largely dominated by the Moselle vineyards as far as Mondorf-les-Bains. Beyond Remerschen and Elvange, you will pass to a flatter, watered terrain, suitable for cereal cultivation. The tour then takes you to Hellange via Frisange and Peppange.

This leisure area, created on the ponds which were sandpits in the 1970s, covers 130 ha, including 25 ha of water. It consists of beaches, as well as playgrounds and picnic areas. Among the many activities on offer, there are water sports (paddle, rowing, canoeing, prohibited outside motorized ports), a diving school, a swimming pool and fishing (two lakes are dedicated to this activity). In summer, sports courses are organized.

This trail is part of the National Network of Footpaths. It allows you to discover the extreme northwest of the country and the Oesling plateau, along the Belgian border, from Troisvierges to Wiltz. The landscapes encountered are as picturesque as you could wish for and are as rich in fauna as in flora. As its name indicates, the main interest of this trail is to offer magnificent viewpoints, at an altitude that systematically varies between 400 and 500 m. This 42 km long walk is divided into two stages. Be careful though: accommodations are rare.

The Yacht Club of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has its own fleet of boats which can be put at the disposal of its members (paying service). Regattas are organised every season on the lake of the Haute-Sûre. In collaboration with the Service National de la Jeunesse, the YCL also offers sailing courses for young people from 10 to 17 years old in the summer. During the year, adults can also follow training courses at certain weekends.

The "Panorama" bike tour is a 25 km loop through the Oesling plateau in the Our Nature Park. As the name suggests, it offers beautiful panoramic views, but also quiet off-the-beaten-track places and idyllic villages. Passing by the Buurgplaatz, one of the two highest points of the Grand Duchy at 558,35 m of altitude, the tour is designed for trained cyclists. The "Gardens to Follow" bike tour is a 30 km long thematic bike trail. It connects the artist's gardens in the Our nature park and leads from Troisvierges via Heinerscheid and Munshausen to Clervaux, through varied landscapes and idyllic villages and requires a little effort as it includes a few climbs. The route and the leaflet are available on the website of the Natural Park of the Our and from the Tourist Office.

The recreation center in Weiswampach is located on two artificial lakes covering an area of 6 hectares and offers a wide range of activities: self-pedestrian and bicycle tours and fishing on the lower lake (from September to June). In summer, several water sports such as swimming and windsurfing can also be practiced on the lower lake. Pedal boats can be rented on site. In winter, cross-country skiing and sledding are available.

The water sports base offers an animation program for school groups and youth groups (12 years and older) in the following disciplines:sailing, kayaking, orienteering, cycling (all terrain) and climbing. The animation is guaranteed by one of the experienced instructors. The base is managed in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports. Accommodation can be provided at the Lultzhausen Youth Hostel, which is only a few dozen meters away.

This trampoline park, set up and run by the Echternach Youth Hostel by the lake, consists of 10 normal trampolines and 4 bungee trampolines (with bungee cords). Younger children can let off steam and have fun in this outdoor complex, while parents enjoy the terrace with a view of the lake while having a drink and a piece of cake. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle wine region, only 15 km from Luxembourg airport and at the foot of the Mercure Kikuoka Golf hotel and restaurant, this superb golf course offers an 18-hole championship course, on a 120-hectare, slightly undulating terrain with several water hazards and 90 bunkers. Home to numerous national and international competitions, this course has been selected to host the European PGA Challenge Tour for five consecutive years. A place that allows golfers to evaluate their skills.

There are five Nordic Walking Parks in Luxembourg with more than 18 trails of different levels, three in the Ardennes, one in the Mullerthal Region and one in the Luxembourg Moselle. Maps of the routes are available from the tourist offices concerned. Please note that the Mullerthal Region no longer provides signposting for its park since 2016: find out the level of practicability during your visit.

This recreation center consists of a 25-meter long pool with a slide and a children's pool. The outdoor site, open from April to November, has a large pool surrounded by terraces and lawns to enjoy the summer temperatures. Need to relax? Steam bath, whirlpool and sauna are available at an additional cost. A fitness room is also available with the "Sport and relaxation" package. A brasserie on site offers small meals (salads, pizzas, hamburgers) and refreshments.

This tour combines nature and the historical and cultural heritage of the region while passing by old industrial, religious and natural sites. It will allow you to discover the Schwaarzenhaff nature reserve, with the former Steinfort iron and steel complex, the Clairefontaine abbey, the dam, the cast-iron bollards, witnesses of the drawing of the border between Belgium and Luxembourg. The circuit uses shaded cycle paths and forest roads.

The NaturWanderPark Delux is a set of 23 hiking trails certified by the German Hiking Institute (Deutsches Wanderinstitut). They cover a part of Germany (South and North Eifel nature parks) and the Grand Duchy (Our nature park). The 9 German-Luxemburgish routes represent about 170 km of signposted walks, divided between the Luxembourg Ardennes (5 circuits of 13 to 18 km) and the Mullerthal Region (4 circuits of 20 to 30 km). Much better than a miniature golf course, the Mondorf Easy-Golf has everything of a big one with its 18 holes and numerous green spaces (nearly 3,500 m² including 214 metres of track). This concept, - Adventure Golf - developed in Germany, has already met with enormous success with a family audience. Located in the heart of the magnificent thermal park, Mondorf Easy-Golf is played according to the same rules as golf and is of course open to everyone. The place also offers draughts and chess games. Something to have fun with the family when the sun is shining!

The pumptrack is a terrain for BMX and mountain bikes with a closed-loop course of bumps and turns. Since 2011, the commune of Mondercange has been home to such a concrete circuit, designed for both beginners and experienced bikers as well as skaters. The courses allow all users to perfect their technique and, above all, give them enormous pleasure. The site is freely accessible, with one's own bike as there is no rental possible. Wearing a helmet is compulsory.

A tributary of the Moselle, the river Sûre generally follows a rather quiet course, except perhaps at the CNEV Al Schwemm! In particular, a canal has been built with 5 beautiful artificial waves and their difference in height around which the instructors design very diverse and always safe courses. The centre is aimed at experienced canoeists as well as children and beginners (2-seater kayak with instructor)

This 9.6 km long "dream loop" (Traumschleife in German) starts in Manternacher, in the nature reserve that stretches along the Syre valley. The route follows the course of the river and then leads you through impressive limestone rock formations. The walk then continues towards the vineyards to the old orchards of the Lellig plateau. Ancient mills, ravines and superb views accompany you along the way.
