In a woodsy, seaside setting, you'll rediscover the region's genuine organic Breton egg galette, whose gluten-free dough is macerated for between 24 and 72 hours! But also oysters, scallops, sardines and rillettes, or on the sweet side, salted butter caramel. Situated in the Alzette valley in Walferdange, Hostellerie Stafelter consists of a hotel with eight rooms and a gourmet restaurant. The restaurant offers traditional and elegant cuisine in a modern and warm setting. The menu is very varied and includes local products and satisfies everyone's tastes, with a vegetarian menu. The Hostellerie Stafelter can accommodate up to 110 people on its two floors and is also the ideal place to organize banquets or receptions.

Considered the gastronomic reference of the spa area, the restaurant De Jangeli is known for its food and wine pairings. The establishment offers a revisited gastronomic cuisine while playing the card of freshness, local products, organic, dietetic and excellence, thanks in particular to local producers. The cellar book is elaborated with passion and flavour by the estate's sommelier. Situated on the garden level, the restaurant has direct access from the thermal park and has a magnificent terrace in the middle of greenery.

After several months of work caused by the floods of July 2021, Neumünster Abbey has welcomed a brand new restaurant: the Abtei brasserie, opened in September 2022. The contemporary setting is tastefully decorated (we love the velvet banquettes and seats, and the open bar). The menu features tapas, Luxembourg cuisine favourites (bouchée à la Reine, cordon bleu...) and seasonal dishes. A lunch menu (which changes every week and is very competitively priced) completes the offer.

La New Brasserie de la Place in Itzig is an Italian restaurant that will delight your taste buds. Their menu is packed with Italian specialties, including crispy pizzas, melt-in-your-mouth pastas and delicious Luciana-style octopus. All dishes are prepared with fresh, homemade ingredients. On the edge of the Bertrange park, the Lentze Parc restaurant-brasserie, run by owner and chef Claude Kler, offers traditional Luxembourgish and French cuisine. Featuring local produce and seasonal products, the menu changes weekly. There's something for everyone on the menu, from fish to meat (try their organic Highland beef), and even vegetarians!

Located on the shared place of Bertrange, B13 welcomes you all day long in a relaxed brasserie atmosphere. We go there for a brunch, a lunch on the go, a quality dinner or to have a drink at the end of the day. On the menu, you'll find a few small original bites like the yellowfin tuna ventresca or classic dishes like a homemade burger. You will also find a lounge with cigars and whiskey for the amateurs. This former farmhouse in the hamlet of Heinerscheid in the far north of the country has been completely renovated to welcome in its restaurant the lovers of authentic, fresh and inventive cuisine. The products and food are all traced and come from the local area. The restaurant also offers local beers, such as the amber and lager Ourdaller and the Hengeschter, brewed on site.
