Belgian Owl is the first malt whisky produced in Belgium with 100% barley grown in Belgium! It is the fruit of the passion and competence of a distiller, Etienne Bouillon, who has placed the best of himself, the financial Luc Foubert and Pierre Roberti, who is responsible for the cultivation of barley. This malt was drawn up from a selection of the best Belgian malt from spring barley of two rows, of variety Sebastien and, according to her fathers, releases a splendid perfume of spices, vanilla and cinnamon (perfume from American oak barrels used for ageing: the first fill bourbon cask) mixed with the fruity and floral aromas derived from malt.
