A spicy address! Sandrine V. Kabonga is a producer, expert and consultant in peppers and spices. Many of her spices come from the DR Congo (the country of her ancestors), directly from the Misao production chain to her boutique. You'll find a wide selection of spices from other parts of the world: pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, chillies..., as well as homemade blends: curries, zaatar, spiced coffees and teas. Spice-tasting workshops are also held at Misao. Simba and Tembo beers from RDC are also available.

IN SEARCH OF EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTS FROM KIVU AND AFRICA
Kivu is a region with highly fertile soils, high altitudes, good rainfall and a tropical climate conducive to the growth of pepper plants.
Since 2015, the MISAO team has been working to highlight some of the quality agri-food products on offer in the Kivu region. To date, our first major achievement is the direct distribution on the international market of Poivre Sauvage du Kivu: an exceptional pepper with very subtle aromas, picked and selected by us in the traditional way, and dried according to the unique method developed by Misao combining ancestral tradition, respect for the environment and the product.
Its delicately fruity aromas have earned Poivre Sauvage du Kivu its place among the world's exceptional peppers.
