Every Verviers knows the Patch! In an original setting, this restaurant looks disorganized, but isn't at all. The menu is small, but changes regularly: from salads to sweetbreads, not forgetting Liège-style meatballs. Even though it's thirty kilometers from Liège, we know how to make them too! A place to discover, if you haven't already done so, if only for the old-fashioned brocante decor or the shady terrace in fine weather. And let's not forget the smile on the face of the cremière (Laurence), for rarely have we seen such optimism and joie de vivre.
