Restaurant in Antwerp offering cuisine from the South of France.
This establishment in the shadow of the cathedral offers the very best of southern French cuisine. Christine is in charge of service, and Bruno, the chef, is behind the stoves. The name evokes nothing in the language of Molière, but if you translate it as "l'ange sauveur" ("the angel saver"), you'll understand why the decor is so distinctive. Menus are based on the rhythm of the seasons, with fine meat dishes (hare, duck foie gras...). Vegetarians are welcome, as long as you let the kitchen know! An ideal way to reconnect with French flavors.

Je recommande !! La cuisine française y est à l'honneur et on peut même y manger un vrai cassoulet toulousain..! Point assez inhabituel, le vin y est servi au centimètre ! Au pied de la cathédrale, c'est un super endroit pour faire une pause.
