With its terrace for fine days and a warm inner room for the cool autumn evenings - better season to visit Istria - the tavern serves local cuisine, very Italian in the soul. If the place has immediately acquired a good reputation, it is also for its quality Italian and Dalmatian cuisine. The Navetta combines the idea of a Croatian konoba with an Italian trattoria-pizzeria. This is the romantic experience (especially in the evening) offered by the terrace of this restaurant, located on a quiet square, in the direct vicinity of the radiating chapels of Saint Chrysogone. On the menu, traditional Dalmatian cuisine, land and sea, full salads, lots of grilled meats and copious formulas to share (platters of fish, shellfish or grilled meats) served with southern vegetables or blitva (mashed potatoes with chard in olive oil).

This rural tavern, in a tasteful rustic setting, offers local specialties. The dining room with its exposed stones has a fireplace and wood fire in the winter and a terrace with flowers in the summer. A restaurant on the road to the campsites and bathing areas in Stoja. Gina, that's the name of the chief who's been here for 60 years. Built in 1867 facing the bay, the establishment is reminiscent of an elegant konoba (tavern). In the kitchen, mainly seafood, seafood platters, grilled meats, gnocchi and fresh pasta in sauce, risotto. It is both traditional and modern... Speciality of the house, the lavender ice cream topped with jam. The bread is made on the premises and the cellar is well stocked with local wines.
