Read moreThe Lencloître cookie factory was founded in 1960 by Guy Gâteau. Since then, the traditional recipes for broyés and other sweets have remained unchanged. Handcrafted with local flours and fresh butter, there are of course the traditional Poitou "broyés", in a large version to share or in small format, but also with caramel, chocolate chips... and galettes with fleur de sel d'Oléron. Crushed and other cakes are also available in organic versions.

Read moreThese craftsmen of the taste are established on the road of the gorges of the Tarn. Catherine and Laurent Deparpe make in their laboratory, jams, syrups and cookies, among which a sweet gram (the beaver almond praline, hazelnuts) and another of aperitifs from local cheeses (Aubrac, Rodez and Roquefort) but also thyme, parmesan. The flour comes from the Trescanous Mill in Aveyron. The syrups are only pasteurized (no coloring or preservatives). The blueberry and lemon jams are a delight.

In his artisanal workshop, he transforms them into sweet delights: candied fruits coated in chocolate, fruit jellies, but also nectars, syrups, jams and even nougat, hence the name of his small business: Au nougat ardéchois. The cookie factory is the first and only in Corsica to be doubly certified by AFDIAG and ECOCERT. For distribution in Corsica, delivery is free in the Cap Corse, Greater Bastia and Ajaccio areas once a month. For the rest of Corsica, delivery is made via the carrier Go Transport 2B.
