This Fréjussian artisan cookie factory offers a wide range of traditional cookies (croquants, navettes, canistrelli, sablés, palets, couronnes) as well as specialties (mantecaos, lavender shortbread, meringuettes). All products are made in the Fréjus area, using quality ingredients: butter, sunflower oil, citrus peel, chocolate chips... We're particularly fond of our tomato and rosemary pepper croquants and fig moelleux!
