The 70-hectare estate is dominated by the granite cliffs of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, used to produce red wines such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise. The estate also produces a natural sweet wine, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. The vines are carefully cultivated, harvested by hand and vinified using the latest oenological techniques.
