CHAMPAGNE MICHEL CHEVROLAT

This estate covers 7 hectares of vines in the heart of Les Riceys. The wines are made entirely on the estate. The late ^18th-century cellar in which the champagnes are aged is a must-see. We're also interested in the Riceys rosé, the pride and joy of the region since its introduction in the ^17th century. Remarkably delicate and light on the palate, it gives off aromas of red fruits.
