Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Specializing in the great wines of the Côte Chalonnaise and, above all, Crémant de Bourgogne, this vast 116-hectare estate delicately showcases the terroirs of the Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Bouzeron and Montagny appellations. Produced using sustainable viticulture methods, the wines are fine and delicate. For over 35 years, Thierry Prat has been building relationships with Burgundy's finest estates to offer a wide range of wines. His unique concept, created over 10 years ago, offers 40 wines by the glass, including Grands Crus and Old Vintages. Millésimes à la Carte offers the widest variety of Domaine des Hospices de Beaune wines in the world, with over 150 different cuvées. Everyone knows Nicolas - but did you know that the house Nicolas is one of France's first wineries and that Nicolas on Rue Bellivet has over 60 years? For the moment, Alain and Martine, the owners, are remarkably well-preserved… No, in fact, they have only been there since 1995! This is still a pretty career. Alain has an oenological background and mentors the future managers of Nicolas.
