Ever heard of a beer cellar? Well, we've spotted La Cave du Malt, located in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert, which puts beer in the spotlight, offering a wide range of unusual nectars such as nettle beer, wine beer and whisky beer. Jean-Philippe goes in search of treasures throughout the region and offers a wide choice of beers, both classic and unusual. Gérard Mondon left the hotel business over 30 years ago to pursue his passion for fine wines. His nephew Raphaël shares the same passion, and together they offer the finest French vineyards for sale, with a fine selection of wines and champagnes. On the spirits side, the cellar is particularly well-stocked with whiskies, but also with some very interesting old cognacs. In addition to the wide choice of references, the excellent advice and the warm welcome, there are also numerous events throughout the year.

Well-known to Caennais locals, this Case has been serving up delicious beverages since 2005. Just imagine: over 1,500 references of beers, wines, champagnes and spirits from Normandy, France and Navarre! A great cellar, but not only! La Case is also a great place to dine in collaboration with local food trucks. The Flavigny Brewery was created by a group of passionate friends, including Cyril Raveau, Cellar Master and Guillaume Souloumiac, Brewmaster. The brewery is equipped with a state-of-the-art production tool with 14 tanks of 10 hl each, and has a production capacity of 140,000 liters. The beers have the particularity of not having fermentation in the bottle. White, Blonde, IPA, NEIPA and winter beer, there is something for everyone. The brewery has a store, a tasting room and a covered terrace of 300 m² with an incredible view!

V & B or Wines and Beers (pronounce VI and BI). More than 80 stores spread across the national territory for this award created by two enthusiasts and whose mission is summarized as follows: " raise beer and democratize wine ". At V & B, you will find a wide selection of French and international wines (Spanish, Italian, South African or Argentine), champagnes, beer, again, you can go around the world, many whiskies, rums or spirits. The shops, in addition to the shop area, have a bar space to taste or test what you've already bought or what you want to taste before you can shave.

This cellar offers a wide range of French red, rosé and white wines selected directly from producers. Two thirds of them are organic.
