Areas for bathing is supervised on the Grande Plage and the Saint-Colomban beach during summer. Carnac is also the bathing area for all thanks to the Tourisme et Handicap label.

The two main beaches of Trégastel are the White Strike and the beach of the Coz-Pors. A fine sandy beach, the first one offers many nautical activities. Coz-Pors, with its pink granite rocks carved by the elements, is a magical place. This beautiful beach is also equipped with a wheelchair wheelchair which allows access to the water of people with reduced mobility. Banned for animals from June 15 to September 15, both are monitored in July and August.
