The beach at Berck is one of the most famous on the Côte d'Opale. Its 12 kilometers of fine sand make you want to take long walks at low tide, as its iodized air is excellent for your health. The invigorating breeze makes you breathe easier! If you take the walk further, you can reach the resort of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. There are four beaches in Berck: while Plage Dobin is suitable for people with reduced mobility, Plage des Sables d'Opale, further north, is reserved for naturists.

The Plage de Berck-sur-Mer, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Côte d'Opale, is a must-see in the commune of Berck-sur-Mer. Set on 12 km of fine sand, it's the perfect place for a stroll. What's more, the Esplanade Parmentier and the Promenade du Professeur Debeyre run alongside this superb beach. They are accessible to all and offer beautiful vistas at high and low tide. It's also a great place to spend quality time with the family. Here, parents can take part in sports, including kite-surfing, while children play with each other or make sandcastles. The Plage de Berck-sur-Mer also hosts a variety of events, including the Rencontres Internationales de Cerfs-Volant in April. The beach is divided into four sections. The central Dobin section is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The latter can benefit from special access to the sand and the loan of a tiralo. Changing facilities are also available. This beach, which has been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label, is well worth a place on Berck's list of places to visit!
