The spring is a resurgence from an immense underground network, and emerges from a cavern in the form of a remarkable waterfall.

Access signposted from Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne (site less than 2 km south of the village on the D477, or along the GR59/GR590). A footpath leads from the village and from La Taillanderie. The spring is a resurgence from an immense underground network, and cascades out of a cavern. You'll appreciate the play of light between the water and the sun, giving the pool a lagoon-like appearance. Don't forget to climb up the waterfall to discover the cavern. You can then continue on to the Creux Billard, spectacular during high water.
