Pile ou Face opened its doors in January 2024. Around 200 board games are on offer, for all ages and for children aged 2 and over: cooperative games, atmospheric games, investigative games, as well as classics such as Scrabble and card games. There's also a store where you can buy the games you've discovered on site. Pile ou Face also has a bar serving coffee, beer, wine and spirits. Who has never dreamed of being a hero? Virtual Room proposes to slip into a game, with four possible missions. How does it work? The players each enter a room. They are equipped with a virtual reality helmet. Plunged into a world mixing cinema, video game and escape game, the players leave on the tracks of the members of the Alpha team, which disappeared during its last mission. They will have to go back in time and evolve in different worlds. Are you coming as a team? All the players meet in the game and help each other to solve the enigmas.

Beurre Noisette is so named because pastry chef Clémence's favorite cake calls for hazelnut butter! This cake, the mainstay of the house, is the financier. Here, pastries are homemade from the heart. She bakes flavors that go very well together, such as pepper and chocolate, but also tries out amazing combinations of tastes, notably in a lemon-hazelnut tart. Brunch is now served every day, with a special offer for children on Wednesdays. We love the sourdough toast and shakshuka. We love them.

La Petite Poésie celebrated its 10th anniversary in September 2023! In the heart of the city center, this café-bar lives up to its name: here, quotations and a portrait of Rimbaud adorn the rough-hewn walls, while a mechanical bird flies over the counter. Situated close to the Place de la Liberté, their terrace attracts the youth of Brest, who come to the "Petite Po", as it's called here, to chat and have a drink in a warm atmosphere. The owner offers wines from all regions of France, purchased directly from producers. We like his selection of natural wines with mineral notes. You can also drink local beers. As for the restaurant, everything is homemade, practically made in front of you. The menu is full of surprises: simple dishes with tasty, well-balanced flavors, carefully presented, and a wine and food pairing to match! All with excellent value for money: an address to follow!

Upstairs, the pretty Bordeaux brasserie serves seasonal dishes subtly enhanced with Creole touches at lunch and dinner times. Inaugurated in 1989, during the Bicentenary of the Revolution, the Opéra Bastille was built on the site of a former restaurant and train station that operated from 1859 to 1969, responding to the desire to create a modern and popular opera house. The 160,000 square meter building is 80 meters high, 50 meters above ground and 30 meters underground, and does not go unnoticed. Let Valentin, the head sommelier, guide you and perhaps even surprise you, and discover the perfect gourmet pairings! On weekends, Consonance is also open for lunch, with a menu renewed every week by Clara in the kitchen. Eating and drinking well, isn't that just like happiness?

Like a great desire to breathe and get some fresh air? We found the perfect place for that, our second home... Well, almost! A few steps from Pont-l'Évêque, at Camille and Valentin's house. We loved the space outside, the retro decoration inside, the play corner for the children. Here, we have lunch of good small dishes with British colours, we take a tea in the afternoon and we enjoy the dinner bar in the evening. We loved the fact of thinking that we will go to test, one day, the organic, local and fair brunch on Sunday. We hated: to leave!

Stéphane Guénin's bar is a friendly place where all kinds of people meet, each at their own time, with the average age dropping dramatically on Friday evenings, bringing a host of entertainment to the charming village of Moloy. The bar is housed in a building that was once an inn in 1850. With rock music playing in the background, Stéphane's guitar hangs on the wall, ready to serve! Here, beef isn't just on the plate. On Friday evenings, the aperitif platters follow one another, as do the rounds of friends to the rhythm of the themed evenings.

La Trinquette, well known to music lovers for its atypical and friendly atmosphere,

is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary and is getting a new look. To mark this turning point in its history, the club has chosen to focus on world music and jazz. One of the rare jazz clubs in the region offering real moments of communion to its audience by proposing a lively acoustic music. An opportunity to get up close and personal with artists during exclusive jazz evenings every Friday and Saturday! Thursday and Sunday are dedicated to other forms of music.

Created in 1952 on the seafront, the Cagnes-sur-Mer racecourse is one of the most famous in France, and the^1st provincial racecourse. With a total surface area of 60 hectares, it organizes 600 horse races every year and hosts prestigious events such as the Grande Journée de l'Obstacle, the Grand Prix du Département 06 and the Grand Critérium de Vitesse. Enjoy lunch at the gourmet restaurant "Le Pesage", the brasserie "Le Paddock" or the food-trucks.

After an extensive renovation, the Salle Pleyel has been restored to its former glory. Its unique Art Deco style alone is worth the detour. A benchmark for classical music until the 2010s, the Salle Pleyel no longer programs classical music, as the Philharmonie de Paris has taken over. This may come as a surprise at first, but a quick look at the program should whet your appetite: Pleyel hosts other musical concerts, plays and numerous other creations.

The Opéra-Comique, founded under Louis XIV, is one of the oldest institutions of its kind. In 2005, it became one of 6 national theaters, and in 2015, it celebrates its 300th anniversary! In 1783, the first Opéra-Comique was born, mixing opera, ritornello and farce. Ruined twice, it was the third venue, opened in 1898, that contributed to the fame of works such as Bizet's Carmen . Since the end of 2021, conductor Louis Langrée has been at the helm, with a program in keeping with the "Favart spirit", combining classical and new works.

Locked in a room with your team, will you be able to get out before the time limit? Escape Yourself was one of the first escape games to open in Tours, in the heart of the city. The universes are varied and regularly renewed, but the principle remains the same: in teams of three to eight players, you will have to find clues, reconstruct codes and solve puzzles to get out before the end of the timer. Izee is the incarnation of contemporary coffee: a marriage between coffee shop and restaurant. The idea is to work directly with organic ingredients, so that "eating fast" rhymes with "eating well". There are many choices available with a menu that follows the seasons. You will find permanent references such as salads, wraps, sandwiches and quiches as well as current suggestions to vary the pleasures. On the coffe-shop side, Izee suggests all sorts of refreshments such as organic and fair trade coffee, tea, chocolate, juices and smoothies.

Along the Quai François Mauriac, one barge follows another - but one really stands out. Between the ultra-modern baths and the Batofar, the Dame de Canton stands out. Over the years, this junk, transported from the China Sea by an enthusiast, has become a mythical Parisian scene: concerts by young artists, exhibitions, performances and a relaxed atmosphere are its mainstays. In summer, a terrace is set up on the quay, ideal for an aperitif while waiting to go up on deck for the concerts.

In the golden triangle, one of the most luxurious areas in Paris, the Manko offers a bar with Peruvian inspirations. Cocktails, based on Pisco or tequila, are tested in all their facets. This atypical, must-see venue is undergoing a major transformation! The challenges: the ecological need to make the building more efficient, but also to transform the spaces. It's true that, under the leadership of Thomas Ress, this third-party venue has become increasingly professional over the years. For almost 10 years now, a wind of renewal has been blowing through the building, with a much more advanced cultural program - and let's not hesitate to say it: a real performance hall! There are still over 150 leisure activities, a music school and a library.

The cozy atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. We go there to chat with friends, work on our computer or relax by reading. The store offers original objects, something to please yourself or your friends. Le Temps d'une Pause is a bit like home. It's cozy, you feel good. There is a sofa, tables, imitation cowhide armchairs and magazines, books and comics scattered everywhere. A small restaurant is proposed at lunch time. On the terrace, it is ideal.

Installed in the Voltaire street, the Gersois Yann and Romain propose a beautiful French cooking. They bring the Bistrot Voltaire to life with fresh and local products and the menu evolves according to the arrival of fish and meat from Marassé (tournedos Rossini, veal sweetbreads...). The slate offers tempting suggestions and the desserts and sorbets are homemade (humm! the delight of pear shooter of vintage). On the wine side, nice signatures like Mouthes Le Bihan in Côtes de Duras. The restaurant has a summer terrace open from spring to fall.
