Restaurant-bistro in Paris preparing market cuisine, traditional transalpine dishes and desserts.
It is a blue house nestled on the beautiful Franz Lizst square, on foot, as in a neighborhood bistro. This restaurant is the bistro that we would love to have at home. Market cuisine, traditional dishes with transalpine influences and a decoded decor in the water. Nothing extravagant, of course, but the few touches of blue, strewn here and there, do their little effect and give it a sea cabin look. The reception is cordial and efficient if you believe in the room full of hungry people devouring their plate to full teeth. In the plate, there is a beautiful variety of rustic and rich dishes, from the true grandmother's kitchen: crisp black boulder, velocity of celery at chorizo, mountain pig coast, Saint-Jacques and panais muslin. Greedy desserts follow: Tiramisu specculoos-Nutella, fruit crumble of the moment, Paris-Brest house… it's a delight!
Très copieux, délicieux et un service souriant et attentionné.
Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité prix
