How to get there - Ibiza - Eivissa
Eivissa

Steps: Ibiza - Eivissa
DiscoverEivissa's city center. Take a cultural stroll through the historic Dalt Vila district, shop in the small boutiques of the Marina and stroll through the narrow streets of Sa Penya, a picturesque gypsy quarter. In the evening, stroll along the harbor, where the gogo parades heat up the atmosphere, before heading off to Ibiza's mega discos, including the unmissable Pacha, just a 20-minute walk away in the Ibiza Nueva area.
Hiking to the South

Steps: Ses Salines
Hike south: from Platja d'en Bossa via Puig des Molins (World Heritage Site) to Es Codolar, or Es Cavallet and Ses Salines (8 km one way, approx. 4 hours). Return to Platja d'en Bossa, on foot or by public transport, for an island-style dinner and a well-earned night's sleep.

Birdwatching in the Salines

Steps: Sa Caleta
Still in the south of Ibiza, you can visit the remains of the Phoenician site of Sa Caleta and go birdwatching in the salt flats of the Ses Salines Nature Park, while enjoying a dip in the sea, before admiring the sunset over the islet of Es Vedrà.
From Santa Eulària to Sant Llorenç

Steps: Sant Llorenç De Balàfia
Departure for Santa Eulària. After a hearty ibicenco breakfast, we'll take the cycle-touring route to Sant Gertrudis (approximate journey time: 2 hours, different itineraries available depending on difficulty), lunch at Bar Costa for bocadillosand a tour of the town, then on to Sant Llorenç for an overnight stay in a B&B.
Sant Carles hippie market and idleness

Steps: Sant Carles De Peralta
After visiting the facilities of the Can Miquel Guash olive oil factory, head for the pretty village of Sant Carles to shop in the alleys of its famous Saturday hippie market: Las Dalias. From there, you can easily reach the sublime beach of Aigües Blanques, famous for its clear waters, and stroll until dusk.

Bullit de peix and march to Portinatx

Steps: Portinatx
Head for Cala de Sant Vincent for a tasting of Can Gat's unbeaten specialty, the very good bullit de peix, which we'll gladly digest in the sun on the vast beach opposite the restaurant. Then a 3-hour hike along the coast to Portinatx and its turquoise coves, past the majestic Moscarter lighthouse.
Sant Joan and Can Marçà cave

Steps: Sant Miquel De Balansat
In the north of the island, a morning of idleness on Portixol beach, followed by a gourmet stopover in the center of Sant Joan, opposite the village's beautiful church, where a small craftsmen's market is held every Sunday. We'll then take a look at the Sant Miquel church overlooking the town, before heading off to Port Sant Miquel to visit the Can Marçà cave, a former pirate hideout.

Inland - Sant Mateu and Santa Agnès

Steps: Sant Mateu D'Albarca
From there, we will take the road to the west of the island, through the cultivated lands of Sant Mateu - with a visit to the cellar of Sa Cova including a tasting of typical products - and Santa Agnès. Here you will find some very good farm tourism addresses, in a cool, inland location.

Kayak in Sant Antoni, suntan and sunset

Steps: Sant Antoni De Portmany
A good time lift, you will win the bay of Cala Bassa or , before finishing the day in the face of the famous Café del Mar sunset.
