Far from the clubbing madness of Ibiza, Portinatx, once a small fishing village, retains all its beauty and charm despite recent construction. A small family seaside resort with an English-speaking majority, it consists of three small beaches. A pleasant walk along the Passeig Marítim will quickly make you discover the transparency of the sea. Don't forget the many small coves in the vicinity, especially Cala Xuclar and Cala Xarraca, which are really quiet, especially out of season (summer, here as elsewhere on the island, attracts crowds!). Beware of jellyfish in summer, which are very frequent in the area.
