Wine center in the hills surrounding Sant Mateu where you can visit the vineyards and taste Iberian wine
Opened in 1990, the Sa Cova bodega was the very first to start producing ibicenco wine. Located high up in the hills around Sant Mateu, the renovated former finca is open to visitors, who can tour its vineyards and facilities. Several wines are made here - white, red and rosé - from the various grape varieties found in the 9 ha of vineyards. The session ends with a tasting: 4 wines accompanied by tapas(sobrassada and tortilla de queso)!
