It harvests milk from producers scattered across the mountain ranges of Le Chat, La Charve and the Chaîne de l'Épine. The cooperative has won silver medals at the Concours Général Agricole in 2008, 2010 and 2012, and gold medals in 2009 and 2012.

Every year, the company produces around 800 tonnes of Beaufort, or just over 18,000 wheels. These delicious products are the fruit of the labor of more than 80 milk producers, spread across some 60 dairy farms located around Moûtiers.
