La visite de la coopérative est un moyen original et instructif de rentrer dans le monde du fromage. Belle boutique à la sortie. Penser à prendre un petit pull car il fait frais dans les caves (10°)

Bien qu'il soit possible d'acheter du Beaufort ailleurs, la coopérative a le mérite de proposer tous les produits disponibles, sous différentes formes, en plus de quelques spécialités locales (charcuteries, jus...).
Le musée est vraiment enrichissant, et permet de plonger dans l'histoire de ce lieu à respecter.
On en redemande !

Le beaufort, hum...c'est excellent ! Nous avons fait la visite, mais plutôt cher pour la prestation. 5€ pour voir un vieux film et déguster un petit carré de beaufort avec un ( très) petit verre de vin. Nous étions en groupe et avons été tous déçus.

We loved Beaufort, Raclette of Savoy, divides into volumes it... all hates milk in pack which comes from the 43!
