Founded in 1954, the Coopérative Laitière de Haute-Maurienne Vanoise is a pillar of local craftsmanship. With an annual production of 11,000 wheels of Beaufort and 40 tonnes of Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc, it embodies the excellence of Savoyard cheese. Forty farms supply quality milk from Tarines and Abondance breeds, in compliance with Beaufort PDO standards. Much of this production is sold directly in the cooperative's eight stores.

excellents fromages
Un petit magasin qui offre à la vente des fromages locaux : beaufort, tome, bleu… plus ou moins affinés au choix mais tous d'excellente qualité à des prix très corrects, ainsi que des produits régionaux comme de la bière, des bonbons, du chocolat, des crozets… Une excellente boutique pour ramener des souvenirs ou faire des cadeaux.
