steeve Charvet, 32, is the ^6th generation of a family-run estate in Chiroubles. He farms 8.5 ha of Gamay vines, vinified in whole bunches and using natural yeast. With his 10 annual cuvées in Chiroubles, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent and Beaujolais Blanc, this winegrower trained at the right school - in Burgundy and with Stéphane Montez - delivers the best of each terroir in each vintage. The 17-hectare estate covers 7 ha of Juliénas, 1 ha of Saint-Amour, 5 ha of Beaujolais-Villages, 1.5 ha of Moulin-à-Vent and 1.5 ha of Chénas, made from the gamay noir grape variety with white juice. The estate also produces 1 ha of white Beaujolais-Villages from the Chardonnay grape in Saint-Vérand (71), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne. Sylvain's arrival in 2015 brought a new lease of life to adapt to this changing wine world while respecting tradition and terroir. From Villefranche, going to Liergues, take close to the cooperative wine cellar of Gleizé, the road of Saint-fonds, the property is then striking. Of the 9   ha of one holding, 8   ha are in silt and 1   ha in chardonnay that produced a white wine medalist in Mâcon. The wine cellar adjoining the main housing is large and serves as reception for 150 to 180 people, for weddings, parties, seminars. The property has been completely restored and highlights its stones. The old doors have been preserved, with antique furniture, old barrels and manger in the store. The green spaces covered allow for groups outside or under top. You can also find the calm on this hillside at the beginning of Golden Stones. A magnificent cellar with a panoramic view over the vineyards and an exceptional terroir. From a family of winegrowers handed down from father to son for 7 generations, with 14 hectares of vines, notably in Ampuis, Stéphane Ogier achieves real prowess on each plot with its own particularities. His favorite wines are Lancement and Belle Hélène. A must-try.

Being a winegrower in the Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie A.O.P. is a passion that has driven the Niero family for 4 generations. Rémi Niero takes care of the estate with passion. The vineyard is entirely hand-worked and certified High Environmental Value. Result: two of the best grands crus. Wonderful Condrieu wines: Chéry and Ravines. Special Cuvée Héritage, the quintessence of the Domaine's know-how. In Côte-Rôtie, Domaine Niero owns 2 hectares where Syrah is produced, a unique grape variety, offering intense aromas and a rare elegance.

Bernard Levet, following four generations of winegrowers, has devoted himself since 1983 to the unique but renowned Côte-Rôtie. His 4.5 ha of vines - under integrated viticulture - are divided into 11 plots, the majority of which have been planted for more than 35 years, on the sites of "Landonne" - cuvée Maestria -, "Chavaroche" - cuvée La Péroline. Cuvée Améthyste of a beautiful intensity. Tannins well present. Aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry) and animal spices (musk, leather) characterize this côte-rôtie which only needs to age.

At the head of this family estate we find Carmen and Jean-François well supported by their sons Liz and Fabien. The vineyard is divided into two parts: in the blonde producing a soft, high wine from 18 to 24 months. The other side is in-brune and produces a stronger wine.

A 10-hectare family estate run by brothers Patrick and Christophe that produces Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu. The Condrieu Côte Châtillon is partly barrel-aged. It's a wine with golden highlights, smooth and candied. Parcels on the Rozier and Rochins hillsides produce the bulk of the Côte-Rôtie. The former is a fine wine with aromas of red fruits and spices, while the cuvée Les Rochins is well-balanced, with vanilla and red fruit flavors and a long finish. And let's not forget Sensation du Nord: a Viognier and a Syrah at the very edge of the appellation.

This small area of 2 ha offers a toast-toast 2004 "La Brocarde" coast, which is situated in the upper-brune, high 24 to 26 months in a new oak barrel. A toast 2005, assembly of different plots on the appellation, high in oak drum for 18 months.

A fine family story, since the Barge family have been winegrowers since 1860! Julien took over the family business in 2019. He cultivates 5.70 ha in the Côte-Rôtie appellation, from which the Cuvée Duplessy and Côte-Brune are made, in a thoughtful tradition of respect for nature and "partnership" with plants and animals. Also 1 ha of Condrieu and 1.50 ha of red and white Saint Joseph. Four spacious guest rooms in a beautiful village house complete the address, with swimming pool and terrace.
