You can consider a visit to Domaine Chasselay as an immersion. In addition to the self-catering cottage, there is a table d'hôtes, four bedrooms and an exciting cellar with "the wines and beers of the friends". Stocked with vintages from all over France, this magical cellar does not forget the ciders, artisanal beers and sharp whiskies. Here is a very rich and beautifully shaped universe. However, it is impossible to forget the essential, the wines of the estate. The 11 vintages to be tasted, are all labelled "organic agriculture". The red Beaujolais Cuvée des Quatre Saisons is direct, uncomplicated and fresh. More structured, the cuvée de la Platière must be opened in a carafe to reveal a character that places it above many of the region's wines
