What is important for André Thinon, its owner, is above all the passion for working the land and the quality of its products. Indeed, his love for the profession comes from his ancestors, especially his father with whom he was a partner, before taking over the business in 1986. He is constantly seeking to improve quality by working with wine technicians. The work on the vines is done with the greatest respect for the environment and with very little mechanisation. The harvest is obviously done by hand, the pressing is done the old-fashioned way and the bottling is done on the estate. The key word being the respect and listening of the vines, it is the climatic conditions that give all their differences to the wines. Each year, its red and rosé wine is bottled. Rosé Rosé: freshness, is a very fruity and slightly acidulous aperitif wine. The fruity wine Perdrizière is a dit. The hillside of Perdrizière has a very sandy soil which produces fruity wines. The Terroir land Montolivet is also a place to say; Montolivet's hillside is a sparkling wine, the fruity character is very present because it's gamay, but more watery notes make this wine more complex. Heads: the most powerful, more powerful, more complex and more complex vintage developed from the best harvest of the old vines to develop the "head" of wine.
