In order to prolong the friendliness of the vine and wine, two guest rooms have been arranged on the floor in the old alpilles. The barn has turned into a warm room to live. A unique area of its kind since it is the only one on the Château-Grillet! Isabelle Baratin-Canet is responsible for this exceptional area. It is therefore a name for itself for this area of 3.8 ha spread over the communes of Verin and Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône. It is located on a steep terrace with granitic soil covered with large arenas and rocks. At least since Roman times, this vineyard has been exposed south. Wine is composed only of viognier (AOC Château-Grillet) aged 2 years in oak barrels. This rich wine with the scent of fishing and apricot can age a few years. Blaise Pascal and Thomas Jefferson already consumed this nectar that has no price.

This area produces a beautiful range of saint-joseph as well as two or three vintages of condrieu according to the vintage. White condrieu, a rich wine, fat with apricot scents, superb to drink immediately for the greatest pleasure. Julien Julien, in surmaturation, whose fermentation is stopped by maintaining the tanks at very low temperatures, this nectar with very subtle aromas of apricot and peach must be drunk in his youth; the autumn of Condrieu which is a "late harvest" with low-temperature vinification gives a wine rich with the sumptuous bouquet.

Gregory is a passionate brewer. He is one of those who started making beer for his friends and continued by being passionate about this divinely good drink. In his brewery in Pélussin, it is a real craftsman's job to find the right proportions of quality ingredients, if possible local, and to make unique beers with character.
