FERME DE TRAVORCHE

Ferme de Travorche, located in Arthun, is a farm offering a wide range of farm products. Michelle and Olivier Thomas raise pigs, poultry and lamb in the open air. Their charcuterie is produced in the traditional way, without colorants or preservatives. They also sell fresh products such as pork chops, roasts and sausages. Pork boxes of various sizes are also available for sale. Chickens are sold whole or cut up, and lambs are sold retail. In addition to sales at the farm, Ferme de Travorche products are available in stores in Saint-Etienne, Saint Germain-Laval and Sorbiers, as well as at markets in Roanne and Noirétable.
