At the restaurant Saint-Romain enjoy exclusively French meat and Charolais, then leave you as well as a snail pot to fourme de Montbrison, then paved Charolais or duck breast and its side dish of the day and finally blown tangerine or nuns with chestnuts, the menu changes four times a year.
