La Fleur au fusil is a bouquet of flavors on your plate. Chef Benjamin Gagnaire and his partner Marion Sabatier have taken over the reins of this establishment on rue Camille Colard. The establishment retains its old-fashioned look, reminiscent of the old bistros of Saint-Etienne. The menu changes daily to avoid waste, and is essentially vegetarian. The dishes blend the cuisine of our childhood with unusual and creative cuisine. A ballet of unexpected flavors unfolds in our stomachs.

Les plats de ce restaurant sont incroyables, les produits sont locaux et le chef arrive à les sublimer ! La majeure partie des plats mettent en avant des légumes mais les viandes ne sont pas en reste !
