The Carré Buffet restaurant has chosen a slightly different concept: The client makes his menu, from entrance to dessert, with a buffet at will with a wide choice of verrins and skewers, hot meat or fish, many desserts, like a tasting menu. In a pleasant and atypical setting you will taste tasty cuisine with surprising flavors. In summer you can even eat on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful streets of Saint-Galmier. Sophie, a graduate of the hotel school of Saint-Chamond and Best Worker of France, offers culinary art courses for adults and children. Theme evenings are regularly offered.

Quel sympathique couple ! Madame au service qui nous énumère les différents plats avec un grand sourire et Monsieur aux boissons qui nous conseille au mieux pour le choix des vins .
Le buffet est très joli , les plats sont gourmets et surprenants ! De belles saveurs .
Nous avons passé une belle soirée dans ce petit resto chaleureux.
On reviendra c'est certain
