Read moreA three-generation company dedicated to Picodon de Dieulefit, a goat's milk tomme with a characteristic, slightly spicy flavor. The company collects raw goat's milk from as far afield as Bourdeaux to make these tommes, which measure 5 to 7 cm in diameter and 50 to 80 g in accordance with the AOC. Cavet offers different maturing stages: from 8 days to 2 months and more. Of course, the longer the ripening, the more personalized the picodon! The Dieulefit method label implies a cheese matured for at least 2 months (14 days for a classic AOC picodon).

You will be kindly welcomed by the Gilibert family, owners of the 170 dairy goats on the farm.
