A three-generation company dedicated to Picodon de Dieulefit, a goat's milk tomme with a characteristic, slightly spicy flavor. The company collects raw goat's milk from as far afield as Bourdeaux to make these tommes, which measure 5 to 7 cm in diameter and 50 to 80 g in accordance with the AOC. Cavet offers different maturing stages: from 8 days to 2 months and more. Of course, the longer the ripening, the more personalized the picodon! The Dieulefit method label implies a cheese matured for at least 2 months (14 days for a classic AOC picodon).

The cheese dairy La chevrette de Blandine is located below at the entrance of the village of Montmiral. You will be kindly welcomed by the Gilibert family, owners of the 170 dairy goats on the farm. This family business transforms the milk from their herd into tommes (white, hard, ashy, with dried tomatoes...), faisselles, bûchettes (fresh, ashy, with herbs), apéri'chèvre.... You will also be able to get goat sausage, nuts and cooked dishes made with goat meat. You didn't stop over for nothing!

In this hamlet perched at an altitude of 750 m, 7 generations of the Reynaud family have succeeded one another in working the fields. Nathalie and Hervé raise lambs and kids, make goat's milk tommes, mow the hay in their fields, cultivate a vegetable garden, small spelt and lavender, press their walnuts to make oil, prepare jams, jars of vegetables and tomato coulis. In the heart of the Royans-Vercors, Claude, Elisabeth and their three children share their passion for their profession through three activities on this farm: farming, cheese-making and lodging.
