In the heart of the Domaine de Provensol, this magnificent building, a former fortified farmhouse, houses five comfortable and tastefully decorated guest rooms and a gîte. The view of the vineyards, the surrounding hills and even Mont Ventoux is breathtaking. All around are the vineyards of Dominique Thouroude, who runs the estate and produces organic wines with catchy names: Coucou rosé, Coucou rouge, Sainte Perpétue, La Bohème, Prélude... But also various fruits and vegetables, also organically grown. The establishment also offers a table d'hôtes.

Founded in 1950, this cooperative winery has become Caveau Jaillance. Clairette is available here in traditional, brut, organic, Icône and even Impériale varieties. Children can enjoy Bulle de muscat, an alcohol-free sparkling wine. Jaillance also markets other Diois AOCs, wines from Chatillon-en-Diois and excellent Côtes-du-Rhône. The Cave coopérative de Tain is a benchmark for pleasure and oenology. Established since 1933, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hill, the Cave de Tain, leading producer of the northern crus (Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray), has been awarded the Vignobles et Découvertes and Vignerons engagés labels. Its wines, which respect terroirs and biodiversity, are recognized the world over for their excellence. On-site advice and tasting. A second Cave de Tain boutique has opened opposite La Cité du Chocolat.

The house has existed since 1884. It is one of the region's must-see places! Today, the Vineum of Domaines Paul Jaboulet Ainé is at the same time a cellar, a tasting room, a wine bar and a restaurant. At the foot of the Hermitage hill, it is a delicious and warm address. You are here in a wine fief where the Jaboulet house has been working for more than two centuries in the respect of the vine and which offers a table full of flavours.

Created in 2001 and established since 2003 in Saoû, the company brews artisanal beers that can be recognized by their round label with an open-mouthed hippopotamus. They can be tasted at the tables of regional bistros and are easily found in stores. Markus produces unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, with 4 colors and a nice collection. The brewery has moved to modern premises in Cléon-d'Andran, but remains in Saou, the Hippo-Drôme, a bar with Markus's garden, always as friendly and sympathetic. Regular animations.

On the road to Clairette de Die, you must visit the cellars of Barsac, the stronghold of independent winegrowers. The Maillefaud cellar is run by Jean-Denis and Nicolas Maillefaud, who have been running an estate for five generations and are a good example of the winegrowers of the Diois who are proud of their land. They perpetuate their know-how with passion, and show us around their estate and taste their wines, which regularly win awards at the highest level. A friendly address where the grape-pickers form a beautiful, loyal and cosmopolitan team.

The company was founded by Paul Barnier and his son-in-law Amade Carod. In the 1960s, the Carod sons modernized it. Caves Carod is now owned by Grands Chais de France, which represents other group properties in Alsace, Bordeaux and Languedoc-Roussillon. The winery is now Ecocert-certified. A stopover on the road to Die and its Clairette wine. There's a pretty little Clairette museum on site, and a "De Vignes en Caves" bike tour from the winery. New products on the shelves every year. Eyguebelle takes its name from the abbey of Aiguebelle where Cistercian monks developed several recipes for complex plant liqueurs. A knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation until 1996, when the brand became secular. Come here to discover, during a visit, all the fruit syrups of the region which made its reputation but also the pastis and the walnut cream; without forgetting the famous elixir of life made of plants and fruits elaborated in the Middle Ages in the abbey. At the end of the visit, a beautiful store!

The estate is built around the three ambassadors of the local trio: wines, truffles and lavender. The winning trio! Two small kilometres separate the Montine estate from the centre of Grignan, the time to dream of the sublime combinations that can be found between truffles and wines from the Grignan-les-Adhémar, Vinsobres and Côtes-du-Rhône appellations. You can taste the wines in the cellar, but also discover truffles and lavender essence in the shop. Also on the programme are winegrower picnics and food truck and wine evenings. There are also gîtes on site.

This wine cellar like a wine bar. It is simple and it is fine. The bottles are perfectly aligned with shelves that lead us to the northernmost vintages of the Rhône Valley - toast and condrieu - to the southernmost vintages - Châteauneuf-du-Pape. A price declination also! You can find yourself at the comptoir counter of the bar, the wine tasting of the day, olives and washers in support. There is a good selection of wines in bulk, nicely presented, for a daily wine that is affordable and nevertheless of good quality.

It is an institution! The origins of the estate date back to 1808. Today, the seventh generation of Chapoutier is at the helm. Even if this estate remains the most important producer of Hermitage, it has diversified towards other regions. Little by little, the vineyard has been transformed into a biodynamic culture. This truculent winemaker was also a pioneer in the translation of labels into Braille... Chapoutier exports all over the world. The plus : it is also a school with oenology courses and initiation to wine tasting.

Henriette and Marius Raspail, managers of the village café Le National, began the family wine adventure in 1942. With their son Flavien, they developed a small production of clairette. In 1965, Jean-Claude and Françoise took over the business, made it prosper and built a cellar on the road to Die in 1985. Organic conversion in 1997 with the arrival of Frédéric. The house was awarded the Organic Agriculture Trophy of the Drôme department in November 2021. Reception of camping-cars.

La Manivelle is a story that has been going on since 2009, when it all started in an old hydroelectric plant in Dijon, which had an influence on the choice of the brewery's name! Since its inception, the brewery offers eleven permanent recipes of high fermentation and various styles. Since 2020, the brewery also has a bar and the beers are even certified organic. And what we find here, and what we love, is above all a team defending the values of craftsmanship that is waiting for you to share its passion!

An area of over 200 m² dedicated to wines and spirits, with over a thousand references duly selected by Damien Bécheras. Of course, the Côtes du Rhône are well represented, not forgetting other regions and even foreign countries. A fine selection of champagnes and spirits. What's more, the owner organizes wine-tasting initiations and "Exception ou prestige" evenings. A great opportunity for conviviality and fascinating learning. The estate was created in 1978 by Aimée and André Mazurd, the parents of the current owner, but the Mazurd family has lived off the vine for four generations. It covers 118 hectares in the Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages appellations, and even in the Rasteau appellation, spread over different communes and different terroirs, which allows for a parcel-by-parcel selection and the production of typical wines. Good red wines aged in oak barrels. It is possible to visit the cellars on reservation.

In 1987, at the age of 23, Valérie decided to resume the family case, supported by a "modern" grandfather and a mother "who jardinait on the moon".

A learned mixture that finds itself in its wines: atypical, elegant and organic, with aromas of spicy fruits, with this little taste of "still a drop for pleasure". Note that, nevertheless, 3/4 of the production is exported to Europe, the United States and Japan.

Vinsobres is the first growth of the Drôme provençale. The cooperative cellar gathers 250 wine growers. In the middle of the vineyards, the Vinsobraise reveals the stages of wine making, grape sorting, pressing, bottling... This terroir of the Côtes-du-Rhône produces aromatic and fruity wines, including two vins de pays, white chardonnay and red merlot, and, in addition to vinsobres, two other AOCs : roussane (white) and carignan (red). Grihète takes its name from grihet, the Provencal word for cricket. It has been brewed in Nyons since 2001 at Brasserie Artisanale du Sud, a pioneer of regional microbrewing. Our craft beers are pure malt, with no added coloring, sugar or additives, unpasteurized and fermented on fresh yeast, then kept cold. Choose from a range of bottles rich in flavor and poetry, traditional or original, such as the Blonde au riz du Delta de Camargue. Beer box subscriptions, filler rentals and brewing kits.

It is the third generation of winegrowers to produce this well-known organic wine. The vines of the Domaine du Rieu-Frais blossom on the marl soils of the beautiful Ennuyée valley, on 30 ha combining 9 grape varieties. The vinification, like the cultivation, is done organically and by hand. The winemaker offers free visits of the cellars and oenology courses. The domain produces a white chardonnay, a white viognier, a rosé of syrah, and many red wines. Also a very good organic grape juice.

For over 45 years, Domaine La Rosière has been perpetuating a tradition of terroir-driven wines, using local grape varieties from the Baronnies hillsides. The reds feature Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. White wines feature Viognier and Chardonnay. Wines with poetic names: Confidence, Héritage, Chardonette and La Vertue. Part of the estate's production is also organic, under the Bio'ronnies label for red, rosé and white wines. A particular favorite is the sparkling Chardonnay rosé.
