Read moreFounded in 1950, the Cave coopérative Jaillance produces Clairette de Die Doux and Brut, organic and biodynamic, Impériale, Icône, Cybèle... Alcohol-free is Delight, a sparkling Muscat. Jaillance produces the other Diois AOCs, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois wines, white, rosé or red, as well as Crémant de Bordeaux and Crémant de Loire. A knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation until 1996, when the brand became secular. Read moreThe estate is built around the three ambassadors of the local trio: wines, truffles and lavender. The winning trio! Two small kilometres separate the Montine estate from the centre of Grignan, the time to dream of the sublime combinations that can be found between truffles and wines from the Grignan-les-Adhémar, Vinsobres and Côtes-du-Rhône appellations. You can taste the wines in the cellar, but also discover truffles and lavender essence in the shop. Also on the programme are winegrower picnics and food truck and wine evenings. DOMAINE A. MAZURD ET FILS
Read moreThe estate was created in 1978 by Aimée and André Mazurd, the parents of the current owner, but the Mazurd family has lived off the vine for four generations. It covers 118 hectares in the Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages appellations, and even in the Rasteau appellation, spread over different communes and different terroirs, which allows for a parcel-by-parcel selection and the production of typical wines. Good red wines aged in oak barrels. It is possible to visit the cellars on reservation.

The vines of the Domaine du Rieu-Frais blossom on the marl soils of the beautiful Ennuyée valley, on 30 ha combining 9 grape varieties. The vinification, like the cultivation, is done organically and by hand. The winemaker offers free visits of the cellars and oenology courses. The domain produces a white chardonnay, a white viognier, a rosé of syrah, and many red wines. Also a very good organic grape juice.
DOMAINE LA ROSIÈRE
Read moreFor over 45 years, Domaine La Rosière has been perpetuating a tradition of terroir-driven wines, using local grape varieties from the Baronnies hillsides. The reds feature Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. White wines feature Viognier and Chardonnay. Wines with poetic names: Confidence, Héritage, Chardonette and La Vertue. Part of the estate's production is also organic, under the Bio'ronnies label for red, rosé and white wines. A particular favorite is the sparkling Chardonnay rosé.

In 1986, he obtained his first "victories" with a 2003 (two stars in the Hachette wine guide) then with a 2006 Châteauneuf-du-Pape (95 out of 100 in the Parker guide). The estate produces a diverse range of organic wines from local (single) grape varieties such as Aramon, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah and Viognier. He is assisted by Ann, his daughter, an oenologist, and Sébastien, his son-in-law, a former rugby player.

DOMAINE DE MAUPAS
Read moreYou can't miss this estate, located at the entrance of the village coming from Die, at the edge of the beautiful vineyard houses staked out from parcel to parcel, at the foot of the Vercors massif. Park in the cellar's car park and go for a walk through the vineyards before discovering the cellar. The Maupas estate, a small organic farm, was created in 1992 by Jérôme Cayol. The soil is worked with a draught horse and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, you can find clairette-de-die, Châtillon wines in the three colours and local products.
VIGNOBLES BARON D'ESCALIN

MAS THÉO
Read moreMas Théo is the result of the heritage of three family farms: the Théolas, specializing mainly in sheep rearing; the Clapiers, with vines and cereals; and the Bes, with sheep, cereals and vines. When Laurent, the last descendant of the Clapier family, took over in 1999, he integrated winemaking into the estate's activities. Mas Théo produces straightforward, affordable AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar wines, organic since 2004 and biodynamic since 2012, matured in cool, damp old chalk rock quarries.

CHÂTEAU LA ROLIÈRE
Read moreMentioned as early as 1850, the vineyard of this magnificent château was replanted by the Marchal family in 1975 on an 8-hectare hillside. The Marchals have done a lot for the recognition of Brézème wine. This estate, protected by low walls, is now run by the eleven children of the Marchal family and their descendants. They have wonderfully enhanced the place by planting fruit trees: oaks, kiwis, pear trees, fig trees, apricot trees. You will find at the Brézème cellar in the 3 colours. Sustainable viticulture, natural grassing, manual harvest.
