Read moreThe distillery has been based on Barthelasse Island, in the heart of the orchards, since 1957. Renowned for its Williams pear eau-de-vie, the company perpetuates the tradition of trapped pears, hanging thousands of carafes in the pear trees between mid-May and mid-July every year. Since 2011, Emmanuel and Béatrice have been at the helm of Manguin; while continuing to enhance the house's expertise, they have created new spirits: Caraxès - a blend of pear eau-de-vie and old Caribbean rums - Bourbon Barrel, Oli Vodka and Pastis d'Avignon.

Read moreThis distillery has been in existence since 1835, and it was it that created the mythical Pac Citron 50 years ago! It's the oldest distillery in Provence. The great poet Frédéric Mistral even offered him a few verses. Come and try our Provencal liqueurs: Comtadine, Elixir du Mont Ventoux, oregano liqueur and lavender liqueur, which goes so well with apricot and melon sorbets. Syrups, eaux-de-vie and aperitifs are also available.

Read moreAmong the passions of Fanny, the château's owner, is one - whisky - inherited from her grandfather, a winemaker-distiller, which she shares with Jean-Baptiste, a young whisky oenologist. These whiskies have a taste of home, as each cuvée is created with a cereal that is emblematic of Haute-Provence: petit épeautre (spelt), sourced from local producers and grown according to organic farming principles.
