For a day or an extended getaway to combine the pleasures of the mouth with those of a relaxing stay in Provence, René Bérard, the Michelin-starred chef of the Hostellerie Bérard, introduces you to Provençal cuisine during practical classes punctuated by market shopping, the discovery of flavours and scents, visits to an oil mill and wine-growing estates, the picking of herbs in the garrigue and lunches prepared during the class. A great time for cordon bleu and Provence lovers.

At the beginning of the week, from mid-September to mid-April, Hermance Carro and Quentin organize cooking courses, with the menu of 3 dishes, entrance, flat and dessert, that you will then taste together, in all friendliness, and if desired, with a guest.
