You enter a traditional house in the old port, with blackened wooden floors and beams. The kitchen works with products caught in the surrounding waters (sea urchins, langoustines, capelin...) with surprising vegetable touches. Grilled fish skin, razor clams with tartar sauce, zucchini and rhubarb salad... and for dessert, a cardamom strawberry vanilla bun.
