Beekeepers for generations, Christophe and Pierre take care of the hives and bees, Delphine takes care of the commercial development of the brand Miel et Une Tentations. The traditional raw honeys are all harvested in France and potted in Les Mées, as well as organic honeys, all from the Italian Piedmont. Neither mixed nor pasteurized, they are as harvested in the hive, to preserve their gustatory qualities. Rosemary, acacia, chestnut and lavender honeys are harvested at the corresponding flowering times.

The genius of these seasoned winemakers, who fought for the AOC, lies in their way of exploiting the climate and the soils. The estate has been producing organic wines since 2012 and was awarded the "bio" label in 2014. A vineyard of 50 ha, divided into AOC Pierrevert (mainly), IGP (5.5 ha) and one hectare of pinot. Syrah and grenache give the typicity of the reds, from a classic vinification or carbonic maceration. As for the cinsault, grenache and vermentino, they are used to produce excellent rosés. Several vintages are offered to visitors.

This exceptional estate was created in 1970 by Claude Dieudonné. 23 grape varieties are spread over more than 200 hectares, including two AOCs, coteaux-de-pierrevert and côtes-du-luberon. The diversification and the technicality brought to these vineyards allow to present a vast range of products. Régusse has been committed since the year 2000 to the Viticulture Raisonnée Contrôlée (VRC) approach. In the shop you will find all this production and also a nice choice of whiskies and rums as well as many local craft products.

Domaine La Blaque is a producer of AOP Pierrevert wines. With its vineyard and address at Domaine Châteauneuf, it offers visitors the chance to discover authentic terroir wines. The estate offers a varied range of wines, from traditional to reserve to special collections. Wine lovers can taste and buy these quality products.

Gilles, national finalist and PACA winner of the Talents de l'Artisanat Competition, welcomes you to his new boutique which has left rue Pied-de-Ville to settle on boulevard Gassendi at n°34. His shop and laboratory have gained in visibility and space, but the place remains cosy as well as its tea room, coffee shop and recently ice-cream parlour. Here, fresh buttons are highlighted, which can be personalized endlessly, a text, a photo, a message. The result is amazing! Everything is done on site in a traditional way. The address is relatively recent but we are already rushing around. Gilles prepares six to eight flavours a week. Taste the caramel salted butter macaroon. A delight! You can enjoy them on site in the tea room or take them away. Also, a delicatessen corner gives pride of place to local products, nougat, terrine, jam, tea... Without moderation!

Alicia and Pierre, two gourmet pastry lovers, took advantage of Covid to make their dream come true; to open an artisanal cookie factory. Here, everything is handmade with local products selected for their qualities. Thanks to a good dose of love and know-how, the result is simply delicious. Let yourself be tempted by the house specialty, the Olinette, a sweet and salty cookie made with PDO olive oil. You can find them on the market of Oraison and at night in summer.

7 ha on the Valensole plateau. Josiane and Gérard Terrasson have planted 1,500 trees, 90% of which are of the aglandau variety, which lends its typicality to their oil, an organic PDO Haute Provence olive oil that has won several medals at the Concours Général Agricole. The estate is located in the Alpes de Haute Provence, and the olives are crushed at the Moulin de Gréoux and the Moulin Bonaventure in Valensole, but they also sell their oil from their home in Aix, as well as in local organic stores

Notice to those who love quality and high standards! This farm produces organic Angus cattle and pork, processed on site and sold directly. The owners have chosen organic farming not only for the farm, but also in their way of living, thinking and consuming every day. In the shop, you can buy beef, veal or pork in packages, but also retail. The delicatessen awakens the taste buds, and everything is made by Patricia and Anthony. The plus : the events at the farm are very rich !

Every Thursday afternoon, the Place du Bourguet hosts the "organic and peasant market", created and co-managed by the association "Se tourne au Sol" and the town hall of Forcalquier. About fifteen local farmers and craftsmen offer you all year long quality products from their production: bread, cheeses (ewe, goat), vegetables, fruits, meat (pork and poultry), eggs, saffron, honey, pizza cooked in a wood fire.... all in a friendly and warm atmosphere!

The best ice creams of Forcalquier and its surroundings! For fourteen years, the Saint Michel ice cream shop, located in the heart of the old town, has been offering 100% home-made ice creams. You will choose between the forty flavors, ice creams and sorbets, proposed. From the classic to the exotic, they are all gustatory marvels. Try the grapefruit or the fig sorbet, with the delicious impression of eating the fruit. The Provence range with its genepi, lavender or violet flavors is divine! Emée's welcome is just great. We come from far away!

Dried chickpeas, jars of cooked chickpeas or in flour, this legume is at the center of Raphaëlle and Christian Jorgensen's operation. They grow and cook them in their workshop according to a Provencal recipe. Their specialty: poichichades with AOC Haute Provence olive oil. A delicious puree of these peas, hummus style, accompanied by sesame, lemon, garlic and spices. Since November 2019, La Belle Ferme has been living in the Saint-Joseph de Manosque area. Organic and local food is good for your health. That's what the fifty or so producers who gather here to offer you the best of their production: vegetables, fruit, cheese, dairy products, meat, beer and wine. A clientele of regulars who come to La Belle Ferme with their eyes closed. Stéphanie and Julien warmly welcome you. Every day, you will meet a producer on site. Come and discover LOGIKBIO, a small organic farm in Villeneuve. The farm grows herbs, berries, saffron, vegetables and dried plants. It also has a small store selling its own processed products as well as those of local producers. A small nursery offers aromatic and soil plants, as well as seasonal vegetable seedlings. Various events are organized throughout the year at this authentic and friendly farm. It's an ideal destination for fun family activities.

It's a wonderful family story that began between the wars, when Henri Pellestor fell in love with the Sarteau pear (an ancient variety), and developed its cultivation on his farm. His grandsons Claude and Rémy took over the business. The orchard is organic, and their Sarteau pear is the first whole candied fruit in France to be certified organic. the candied fruit is sold under the Le Trésor de Marie-Augustine label, a tribute to the gourmet grandmother whose recipes made the company a success, even today.

Ferme les Charentais is an organic farm offering farm-gate sales of its products.

The Leblanc confectionery, established in Banon in 2018, is a gourmet trap! A glass-enclosed airlock will give you a glimpse of their production tools, and you'll then find, in the boutique, the products made on site: organic hazelnut spreads free from palm oil, chocolate-covered fruit and aperitif almonds coated in a variety of flavors, including the famous Banon goat cheese! Upstairs, you'll find a self-service tea room, with books available for consultation on site, and temporary exhibitions.

Charming chocolate factory in Gréoux-les-bains, where everything is made on site. Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate and let yourself be carried away by the flavors and scents of the establishment. You'll find all the products of their creation on site: candies, bars, hot chocolate preparations, beans for infusions... The chocolate factory also houses a tea room, where you can sample the house specialty on the terrace: the signature praline. Continue the adventure by taking part in workshops to create your own chocolate bar!

To say that Serge is in love with his trees would be a little easy. However, this sexagenarian became a farmer at 21 on a whim! "It took me," he says simply. Since then, he has been tending his 600 olive trees, 200 of which are a hundred years old. The certified organic oil is also stamped AOP Haute Provence. Serge also prepares black tapenade. On site, you can enjoy a ten-minute video explaining the entire manufacturing process, and a shop.

Between 1998 and 2000, Serge Masse planted 1,800 trees next to the family's 5 olive trees, spread over 5 parcels around the village of Pourcelles. From the aglandau variety, the olives, which he has crushed at the Luberon mill, give an oil as Serge Masse likes it " : between the green fruity and the ripe fruity ". So without too much ardor, but enough to wake up the dishes! His organic oil is sold online, on the website of the delicatessen of the Maison Brémond 1830.

La Boutique De La Biere is a beer cellar located in Sainte-Tulle. It offers a wide choice of craft and international beers. Customers can buy in-store, order online with a drive-through service, or have their order delivered to their home. Les Gaillardises de l'Ubaye is a delicatessen located on the Place de l'église in Uvernet-Fours BAYASSE. They offer a range of gourmet products based around jam, such as energy bars, syrups and tasting boxes. The jams are made by Béatrice Bellon, Master Jam Maker in Ubaye, and are renowned for their incomparable taste. Among the flavors on offer are Strawberry Coconut Lime Jam and Morello Cherry Elderflower, which won a silver medal in the vegetable jam competition. For lovers of jams and delicacies, this place is a real paradise.
