7 ha on the Valensole plateau. Josiane and Gérard Terrasson have planted 1,500 trees, 90% of which are of the aglandau variety, which lends its typicality to their oil, an organic PDO Haute Provence olive oil that has won several medals at the Concours Général Agricole. The estate is located in the Alpes de Haute Provence, and the olives are crushed at the Moulin de Gréoux and the Moulin Bonaventure in Valensole, but they also sell their oil from their home in Aix, as well as in local organic stores

Since November 2019, La Belle Ferme has been living in the Saint-Joseph de Manosque area. Organic and local food is good for your health. That's what the fifty or so producers who gather here to offer you the best of their production: vegetables, fruit, cheese, dairy products, meat, beer and wine.
