Joël Vilcoq is a Gault & Millau-awarded master chocolatier and confectioner, and has established himself as one of Manosque's leading gourmet addresses. For the past 5 years, he has been making all his creations in his workshop. After honing his skills in some of Paris's top houses, this Grenoble native excels in the art of chocolate-making, offering chocolate bars, praline squares and fruit jellies. Les chocolats sont excellents, il y a beaucoup de choix et c'est présenté avec soin. On sent la passion du chocolatier pour son travail et ses produits, c'est un plaisir de venir. Les glaces aussi sont faites maison avec des produits de qualité qui ont vraiment un goût à tomber, du niveau de ce qui se fait de mieux en la matière. Bref, c'est dur de ne pas s'y arrêter ????
