And it still accompanies more than 2,000 cooperators in the region! After being one of the first French mills to buy an olive washing machine in the 1970s, it is now one of the mills equipped with a continuous extraction system. The mill produces two appellations: AOP Haute-Provence (with an organic variant) and AOC Provence, as well as an oil called "de France" (with a subtle fruity taste).
