Read moreAt the oil mill, we've been grinding since 1850! Thanks to ancestral craftsmanship, the oil flows like gold. The large stone millstone grinds walnuts (from local producers), hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts, rapeseed and organic sesame. Hydraulic presses dating from 1920 produce a precious nectar which is left to settle for 15 days to 1 month before bottling. Production takes place all year round. Come and discover the oil production process. The workshop also produces fruit and vegetable vinegars, mustard and sells local products.

Read moreOpen field, in season and extremely fresh! At the Jardin des Saveurs, you will find fruits and vegetables galore. Picking is self-service from mid-May to the end of October. At home, there is sometimes not enough space to grow vegetables, and even though we often try to harvest what we sow, we have to face the facts: being a market gardener is a job. With a basket, you can make your choice, everything is sold by weight. Every day, Patrick and Dominique Pierre put on their website the production ready to pick.

In the cellars, nearly a ton per month of white button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are grown. The production is sold on the spot, at the Galerie du Réemploi in Naintré or in supermarkets, in local produce stores and on markets (Tuesday in Scorbé-Clairvaux, Wednesday in Colombiers and/or Ozon, Thursday in Cenon-sur-Vienne). It is extracted by first cold pressing, the traditional method that allows to preserve the essential nutrients. He imagines delicious recipes based on beer, chanterelle mushrooms, green garlic... and produces them all year round, using traditional methods. On the sweet side, he makes Clochettes du Poitou (his childhood nickname)! He roasts nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), then wraps them in sugar and chocolate. A delicious treat!

For five generations, the Debien family has been raising pigs using integrated farming methods (pork welfare and antibiotic-free). Born on site, the piglets are fed on the farm's own cereals. In the store, you'll find fresh IGP Porc du Sud-Ouest pork meats (filet mignon, sauté, roast, grilled...), as well as numerous products from partner producers.
